Return & Refund Policy
At Pickl Core, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories included.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email our customer support team at serve@picklcore.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Eligible Return Items
The following items may be eligible for return if they meet our return conditions:
- Unopened or unused pickleball paddles
- Accessories returned in original condition
- Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, product integrity, and clearance reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Used paddles showing signs of play, wear, impact, or court use
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned without original packaging or missing included components
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at serve@picklcore.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping
- For returns due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, Pickl Core will cover return shipping costs when approved.
- For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Returns are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days after delivery to our return facility.
- Approved refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your financial institution before contacting support.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it.
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Pickl Core is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If a package is refused or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping cost and any carrier fees incurred.
