The Bunelio Promise
We know you want the absolute best for your bunny. That’s why we engineer our products for safety, durability, and daily use. If your Bunelio gear doesn't perform as expected due to a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. It's that simple.
What is Covered? (1-Year Limited Warranty)
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery on all Bunelio hardware and non-consumable accessories, including:
- Automatic Water Dispensers & Feeders
- LED Nail Clippers & Grooming Tools
- Litter Boxes & Habitat Hardware
This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
What is NOT Covered?
Rabbits are natural chewers and diggers! While we design our products to be durable, we cannot warranty items against natural pet behaviors or improper use. The following are excluded from our 1-Year Warranty:
- "Bunny Modifications": Damage caused by your pet chewing, scratching, digging, or biting the product.
- Consumables: Timothy hay, apple wood sticks, natural chew toys, and foraging items (these are covered by our 7-Day Return Policy if they arrive damaged).
- Soft Goods: Grooming swaddles and fabric items are subject to normal wear and tear and are not covered under the 1-Year Warranty, but are protected under our standard return policy upon arrival.
- Accidental damage, drops, or misuse by the owner.
- Damage resulting from improper cleaning (e.g., using harsh chemicals, boiling plastic parts, or dishwashing non-dishwasher-safe items).
How to File a Warranty Claim
We believe in a hassle-free experience. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, simply follow these steps:
Important Notes
To be eligible for warranty support, you must be the original purchaser with a valid order number from Bunelio.com. We may require you to return the defective item for inspection before issuing a replacement. If a return is requested for a verified defect, Bunelio will cover the return shipping costs.
Disclaimer: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. Bunelio's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as described above.
