Order Processing Time
We know you and your bunny are excited to receive your new supplies! We strive to get all orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and leaves our fulfillment center, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please refer to the table below for estimated transit times:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track your package's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
