At PicklCore, we aim to deliver your pickleball gear quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide. Free standard shipping is available to the following regions:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Most European countries
Shipping costs for other destinations will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders require processing before shipment.
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- High order volumes may occasionally cause slight delays
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the purchase date.
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada / UK / Australia: 6–8 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Other regions: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier operations.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address information.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses may take additional time. For faster delivery, we recommend providing a residential or business address.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by the destination country.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please follow these steps:
- Contact the courier company and provide your tracking number.
- Confirm that your delivery address is correct.
- Check with neighbors, building reception, or the delivery area.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days and provide the following:
- Your order number
- Courier investigation or case number
- A photo of the delivery location with the house number clearly visible
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- High shipping volumes
- Transportation disruptions
We recommend placing your order in advance if you need your pickleball equipment by a specific date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is refused by the customer, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from any applicable refund.
