Returns
You may request a return within 30 business days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in new, unused condition with original packaging.
To start a return, simply email us at serve@picklcore.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- A brief reason (this helps us improve)
- Clear photos of the item
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns are typically processed within 3 business days after we receive your package.
Friendly note: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This helps us keep product prices fair for all players.
To ensure all customers receive brand-new gear, we’re only able to accept returns for paddles that have not been used in play or show signs of wear.
Exchanges
If you’re unsure about your paddle choice, we recommend reaching out before returning — in many cases, we can offer a faster exchange or solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at serve@picklcore.com.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — including replacement or full refund where applicable.
Warranty
All Pickl Core paddles come with a 10 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This includes issues such as:
- Structural defects in the paddle core
- Handle separation under normal use
- Surface defects not caused by gameplay damage
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse (such as hitting hard surfaces).
If you believe your paddle qualifies, email us at serve@picklcore.com with photos and your order number — we’ll review and resolve it promptly.
Shipping & Delivery Notes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours
- Once processing begins, changes may no longer be possible
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled
